Terms of Service — DevFlowHub

1. Service

DevFlowHub provides AI-assisted software planning, code generation, runtime execution, previews, and related tools. Features vary by plan. We may update the service as we improve reliability and add capabilities.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and prompts. Do not use DevFlowHub for illegal content, malware, harassment, or infringing others' intellectual property. You retain ownership of prompts and generated output subject to these terms and third-party model provider policies.

3. Credits & billing

Paid plans and build credits are billed as shown at checkout. Credits are consumed when stated (e.g. when a preview goes live). Refunds follow our support policy and applicable consumer law in India.

4. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated code and plans are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying output in production. DevFlowHub does not guarantee fitness for a particular regulated use case without your own verification.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevFlowHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country.
